Digital Marketing Specialist


As a Digital Marketing Specialist at ActivateWork, you will lead our marketing and communication efforts. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment/business development efforts for learners and employers through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role involves the development and execution of social media strategies, maintaining and updating our WordPress website, and creating engaging graphic design content. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of WordPress, Adobe Acrobat, various graphic design tools, MailChimp and Google Analytics. They should demonstrate initiative, a commitment to our mission, and consistently deliver high-quality work with exceptional writing skills.


  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to support learner and employer recruitment/business development efforts.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update the ActivateWork WordPress website with current information and visually appealing content.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, images, and multimedia materials for online use.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Scope and manage marketing and communication projects with vendors as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using relevant metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, recruitment, business development/lead generation.
