THE OPPORTUNITY
The Director of Learner Experience leads the programmatic, instructional, and administrative success for all cohorts in our training programs. You will provide daily supervision and oversight on operations ensuring all admissions, technical instruction, career development, community engagement, program strategy, and on-site programming is occurring regularly and is in accordance with ActivateWork program requirements. You will provide vision and leadership, fiscal responsibility and sustainability and program management oversight.
You will lead and develop the coaching, instructional and recruiting and admissions teams. The Director will have the opportunity to shape an innovative workforce development approach in Denver.
Career Coach

Career Coach
REPORTS TO: Director of Learner Experience
LOCATION: Denver
THE OPPORTUNITY
ActivateWork is seeking a Career Coach to provide wraparound career development and job retention support to the clients we serve to prepare them for employment and promote their success post-placement.
The Career Coach will report to the Lead Coach at ActivateWork and conduct regular one-on-one post-placement coaching sessions with individuals hired with our employer partners and individual career coaching sessions with participants who are completing the IT Support Course through ActivateWork.
AWS re/Start
(1-Year of Prior IT experience OR an existing IT Certification)
The AWS re/Start course focuses on two key technical areas:
1. IT Fundamentals
2. AWS Cloud
This course will help learners succeed in early-career cloud positions. The technical portion of the curriculum is predominantly hands-on through real-world, scenario-based exercises, labs, and coursework, and includes the end-to-end completion of a project from ideation to reporting, in order to exercise real-life processes.
In addition to technical skills, AWS re/Start teaches soft skills to prepare learners to succeed in a professional environment by preparing them to think critically, build multi-level projects, team dynamics, project planning, communication, and collaboration.
