Director of Learner Success

ActivateWork is a nonprofit recruiting, training, and coaching firm that connects employers to a diverse pool of exceptional talent. We believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Traditional hiring processes leave valuable talent out. We help employers solve talent gaps by finding qualified candidates in underrepresented communities and preparing them to excel in new careers.

Our proprietary behavioral screening process, rigorous skills training, and 12 months of on-the-job coaching prepare our learners to be valuable new hires. Our program has an 85% graduation rate and graduates experience a 2X income increase post-training and a 93% retention rate at 12 months on the job surpassing an 80% industry average retention rate at 12 months. We are one of Colorado’s most successful workforce development programs that moves people out of poverty into thriving family-sustaining careers.

As a proud partner of Per Scholas, one of America’s most successful and replicable IT training models, ActivateWork and Per Scholas have together trained over 25,000 technologists from underrepresented communities across 23 national locations.
