Rachel is committed to doing work that makes a difference.  She is a program builder and leader specializing in innovative career development and social impact.  Prior to joining ActivateWork, she worked in consulting and marketing at Accenture, taught high school in the Chicagoland area, and directed an international internship program.  Rachel is also a proud mom and wife, a big believer in the power of sunshine and mountains, and an active reader.
